Greetings, everyone! Mark your calendars—our upcoming performance is scheduled for November 1st at 12 PM and will be hosted at the Caribbean Club. This venue, located 20 minutes from Homestead in Key Largo, can be found at 104080 Overseas Hwy, Key Largo, FL 33037. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time to get settled before the show begins.
THEME ALERT: This concert has a Pre-Halloween twist, and kids are encouraged to wear costumes of their choice. However, please ensure their attire doesn’t hinder their ability to perform.
TIMING IS CRUCIAL: It’s essential to be on time because tardiness could disrupt the performance of the band your child is a part of. Let’s all aim to respect punctuality.
CHECK-IN PROCESS: Upon arrival, one of my assistants will escort your child to their designated seating area with their bandmates. Each student will remain with their respective group throughout the show.
REFRESHMENTS: Unlike previous venues, there won’t be a restaurant on-site. However, a bar will open at noon for beverages, and a food truck will be stationed in the parking lot for snacks and bites.
PLEASE STAY FOR THE ENTIRE SHOW: Supporting all the kids is a key part of this event, so I kindly ask everyone to remain present until the very end. The concert will last no longer than two hours, and we’ll wrap up with a group photo featuring all the students and the instructor once the final band has played. Afterward, you’re welcome to leave.
FINAL QUESTIONS: If anything is unclear, now is the time to ask. On the day of the performance, I won’t be able to take calls or respond to inquiries because I’ll be fully occupied handling stage setup and ensuring everything runs smoothly. My phone will remain turned off, so please reach out in advance if you need clarification on anything.
