Effective date: August 15, 2026
Although this is a private music studio operated from my residence rather than a traditional school, maintaining clear policies helps create a productive, organized, and enjoyable learning environment for everyone. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Payment Policy
Payment for lessons may be made by Zelle, Cash App, personal check, or cash.
Payment due date
Payment for the next lesson period is due on the last lesson that has been paid for. Timely payment reserves your weekly lesson time and allows lessons to continue without interruption. If payment is not received by the due date, your lesson slot is not guaranteed and may be offered to another student. Once payment is received, every effort will be made to schedule lessons, but the original lesson time may no longer be available.
L esson Cancellation Policy
Emergencies, Severe Illness, Dangerous Weather, and Same-Day Cancellations

Students must not attend lessons in person if they have:
Please notify me as soon as possible if your child is ill. Once the student is feeling well enough to participate, they may complete the 45-minute online make-up lesson.
Late Arrival Policy

Band Attendance Policy
Band rehearsals depend on every member being present, prepared, and committed. An absence affects not only the individual student but also the learning experience and rehearsal progress of the entire group.
Thank you for respecting these policies. They are intended to ensure fairness, consistency, accountability, and the highest quality learning experience for every student.
